Terms of Service

1. Service Description

We provide an AI-powered CV analysis service that evaluates resumes for compatibility with finance industry application tracking systems (ATS). The service includes a free quick scan and a paid premium analysis (€5, including VAT).

2. No Guarantee of Results

Our service does not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment. The analysis provides suggestions based on AI evaluation. You are solely responsible for your final CV content and application decisions.

3. Payment & Pricing

The premium analysis costs €5 (including 19% VAT). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. The charge is immediate upon purchase.

4. Digital Delivery & Withdrawal Right

The analysis results and PDF report are delivered immediately after payment as digital content.

Right of Withdrawal: Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from online purchases. However, for digital content delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery begins right away and acknowledge that this waives your withdrawal right once delivery starts.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

6. Your Responsibilities

• You own or have rights to the CV you upload
• You will not upload malicious files or content
• You are responsible for your final CV and applications

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your CV. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the analysis results for your own job applications.

8. Data Processing & Cookies

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. CV files are automatically deleted after 7 days. We use cookies for site functionality and analytics as detailed in our Cookie Policy.

9. Governing Law & Termination

These terms are governed by German law. For business customers, the exclusive jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany. Consumer protection rights under your local law remain unaffected.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material violations of these terms or where continued operation is not reasonably possible. We will provide reasonable notice where feasible.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
